Michelle is the best personal high intensity interval trainer I know! And I worked out with a variety of trainer around NYC gyms. I worked out at Michelle's personal gym at her house and it was FANTASTIC. Make no mistake, she pushes you to your boundaries, so you are sweating crazily at the end. Michelle watches your form attentively -- which is really important to me so that I'm working out the right way and I don't injure myself. She gets me over the finish line and I feel an incredible sense of reward at the end, having accomplished a complete, full body workout. Highly recommend Michelle as a personal trainer!

Michelle has helped get me in better shape at age 40 than I ever imagined I could achieve. I lost 15 lbs. and am stronger than at I was at 25. Michelle is a wonderful personal trainer. I've been working with her twice a week for 3 months and I'm seeing clear changes. I am a mom of two boys. After my second child in 2005, i realized there's no magic pill to help myself lose that extra weight and be tone. Have you joined a gym and almost never use it and still get charged for not going? Most gyms require you to commit to a one year contract. A contract is not required with me and I am not any typical gym. A lot of gyms and bootcamp classes have too many people and too little Trainers. People often get hurt because of improper form. I offer group sessions with up to 6 people maximum and private training with results! I make typical, boring exercise fun. You just have to show up and I will give you a different workout for each session. If driving is a problem or simply because exercise is just more convenient at your destination, I can bring the workout to you!
